Service Terms & Conditions


 

Service Fee

  • Prices indicated above may vary based on the task complexity.
  • Lending Services, Agriculture, Real Estate, Cooperative, and other businesses with complicated accounting are subject to an additional fee starting at ₱ 500.
  • Outputs with deadlines falling on a holiday will incur a surcharge of 30% based on the total service fee. This additional charge helps cover the increased operational costs, including mandated holiday pay for our team, for services rendered during official holidays.
  • Discounts are available, subject to certain conditions. If needed, please raise this concern with our customer representative.

 

Payment Terms

  • The client is required to pay 50% of the service fee BEFORE the preparation of the commissioned service.
  • The remaining 50% will be paid AFTER receiving the output (usually after the first meeting, not after revisions).
  • Revisions are generally free BUT may be subject to a certain fee in case of major changes. In case of a major revision, fees are to be paid once the revised file is received.

 

Mode of Payment

Clients can choose the mode of payment at their convenience from the following options:

      • Gcash
      • Maya / Paymaya
      • Bank Transfer (BPI)

Refund policy

  • If the client wishes to withdraw from our services BEFORE the completion of the output, only 50% of the downpayment will be refundable.
  • If the client wishes to withdraw from our services AFTER the completion of the output, the downpayment will NOT BE REFUNDED.

 

Turnover Period

  • The turnover period may change based on output complexity or upon the agreement of both parties. In case of unforeseen events, Feasib Accountant will advise beforehand.
  • Working days are counted after sending all the necessary data AND once the downpayment has been settled.

 

Revision Policy

  • Revisions should be requested at least 24 hours prior to the deadline for the accountant to have it scheduled. *Accountants may not be available all the time due to other clients or personal reasons. Please plan ahead of time in case of revisions.
  • Major or minor revisions will be determined based on the time spent by the accountant.

  • A meeting for revisions is recommended to ensure transparent time tracking, holding such meeting is based on the client’s discretion.
  • Revisions are FREE for up to 60 minutes of accumulated working time.
  • Adjustments that will take more than one hour of accumulated working time will be considered as a major revision and are subject to an additional fee.
  • Waiting time due to the client’s request during the meeting for revisions will be counted as working time.

Tips to prevent major revisions:

  • List all the necessary adjustments.
  • Finalize the data prior to the revision request.
  • Request a meeting for revisions to prevent repetitive adjustments.
  • Be attentive and responsive during the meeting for faster working time.

Working Hours / Working Days

  • General concerns and inquiries will be attended to by the customer service representative (CSR). Our team will mostly be available:
      • Monday to Saturday: 8 AM to 12 AM
      • Sunday: 12 PM to 12 AM.
  • Specific concerns regarding your output will be addressed by your assigned accountant/preparer. Their time availability will be discussed upon acceptance of your commissioned activity. In case of unavailability of the assigned personnel, the CSR will attend to your request, relaying your concerns to the preparer.

 

Deliverable File Format

  • The file to be delivered for Financial Aspect and/or other computations will be sent as an MS Excel (.xlsx) file. Transfer of data from MS Excel (.xlsx) to MS Word (.docx) files is subject to an additional fee.
  • Survey questionnaires and other non-financial-related aspects will be sent as an MS Word (.docx)
  • Slide presentation will be sent as an MS PowerPoint (.pptx)

 

Excel Template (Output) Terms of Use

  • Distribution, sharing, and/or selling of the Excel template to be provided after service is extremely PROHIBITED without the written consent of Feasib Accountant.
  • Unauthorized use of the Excel template other than its intended purpose may be subject to legal action.

 

Data Privacy

  • We do not disclose any information or data we receive unless allowed by the clients for an agreed-upon purpose of use.
